Order / Cancellation Policy
- Deposit Requirement: To secure an order, a 50% deposit of the total order amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full before goods are shipped.
- Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not accept returns for products manufactured in accordance with the specifications outlined in the sales order.
- Cancellation: If an order must be canceled, a full refund of the deposit will be issued only if no job-specific materials have been purchased and work has not commenced. If materials have been purchased or work has begun, the refund will be the deposit amount minus the cost of materials purchased and any work completed.
- Shipping Insurance: All goods are insured during transit. In the event of damage incurred during shipping, a claim will be filed with the shipping company.
